Custom Coatings Lab

We have a development lab and a complete in-process testing lab. Our plant has four custom coating lines with up to 85” greige or uncoated fed in capability. In order to achieve performance levels, the custom coatings are applied with various knife or blade settings as well as fountain, impregnation, spray, and kiss coatings. As you can see -- through a wide range of capabilities -- Graniteville Specialty Fabrics can provide coated fabric solutions for your diverse needs.
